It's been great thinking back on our journey. Thank you for everything you have done for me. I knew I had an issue with being overweight, and I needed help solving this problem. I initially contacted Nathan by filling out a questionnaire discussing my diet and fitness plan. From there we quickly started picking apart my weight issue, one week at a time.
Nathan took a unique approach to my diet by replacing the foods that I was eating with better foods to eat, rather than providing a meal plan and saying here is a meal plan for the week. I remained completely free to make my decisions and was given ideas to cater to what I liked my diet to consist of. Having always competed in the heaviest weight class of Jiu Jitsu, I was ready to enter an actual weight bracket rather than being in a weight class of any weight over 222 lbs. In just 9 months, I learned to clean up my diet and cross-train to help prevent injuries.
I also learned fitness and sleep balance and how to not overtrain. Within 9 months, I had lost 40 lbs. and felt at the top of my game. In the process of losing weight, the mental clarity of dedication and believing in myself became the largest reward. I also learned that the commitment must start within you.
A health coach can give you all the tools, but it is ultimately your decision to take a chance on yourself. This is where I found the most value in Nathan, teaching me to believe that I can do anything that I set my mind to. If you are looking for someone to help inspire you to get out of bed earlier in the morning for your workouts, go conquer that hill you dread running up, put the right foods in your body, and be focused, I highly recommend having Nathan on your team for your future accomplishments. Because of Nathan, I am now able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and cherish the results and commitment every day.

A common challenge when hunting for the proper health coach is to find one who understands what it is you’re looking to improve on and what specific type of attention your body needs, rather than having a standard plan for everybody across the board. Bullard does not only understand how to interlace your personal goals with a nutritional plan and a strategy to surpass your physical limitations, but makes it a point to guide you to an emotional & mental balance.
