I am Nathan Bullard
As a coach, I take a direct and results-oriented approach, unafraid to tackle challenges head-on. However, I also understand that setbacks are an inevitable part of the journey, and I encourage my clients to embrace failure as a learning opportunity and get back up stronger.

To achieve true growth, I push my clients beyond their comfort zones, challenging them to reach their full potential. I prioritize authenticity and believe that staying true to oneself is key to sustainable progress.
I value genuine effort and dedication from my clients, as it is essential to attaining their goals. Above all, I strive to create a supportive and enjoyable coaching environment where both myself and my clients can thrive.

It is important to note that I hold myself to the same expectations that I have for my clients. Like many of them, I have experienced failures and setbacks, stepped out of my comfort zone, dug deep within myself, and undergone the process of rebuilding. I have personally navigated the challenges of being out of shape, nursing injuries, and pushing through grueling workouts.

Furthermore, I have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to guide individuals toward optimal health and wellness. I am a certified Health Coach by the Institute of Integrated Nutrition®, which equipped me with the ability to navigate the Food Pyramid®, and a certified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience in coaching a variety of exercises. Moreover, I hold a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from the esteemed University of Texas at Austin.
My mission is to offer comprehensive training to individuals who are prepared to establish a profound connection with their body's requirements. By engaging their mind, discovering healthy food options, and engaging in physical exercise, my aim is to equip individuals with the necessary tools to make informed decisions while living demanding lives. Through this approach, I endeavor to empower individuals to attain a state of optimal health, fitness, and well-being, allowing them to live the life they desire.
